Prag Realty, LLC has bought an 18,511 m2 lot on Calle 1 in Vayas, Ponce, for $2,000,000, on a sale deed recorded on May 27, 2026, that names Gt Property Investments, LLC as the seller. The seller had bought the lot nine months earlier, on August 4, 2025, for $2,759,024, the same price the registry had recorded on its sale in April 2012; the new price is $759,024, or 28%, lower.

On August 27, 2026, the house was advertised at $899,000; by September 24, 2026, the ask had fallen to $799,000. eXp Realty Puerto Rico is the brokerage that markets it. Copies of the advertisement on two other sites still showed $899,000 on October 16, 2026.
