Ronero 22 LLC pays $2.2 million for a house in Ocean Park, Santurce
Ronero 22 LLC has bought the house at 2003 Calle España in Urbanización Ocean Park, Santurce, San Juan, for $2,200,000, according to property records analysed by RED Atlas. The sale deed (deed 6) was recorded on May 13, 2026, and the seller is a private party. The registry and the tax roll each carry the deed, the registry entry labelled as an assignment and the tax roll's as a sale, with the same deed number, date and price.
The house is recorded with 540 m2 of built area on a 610 m2 lot, which puts the price at about $4,074 per m2. The seller had bought it on July 6, 2015, for $725,000, so the price is about three times what was paid 11 years earlier. A mortgage from that 2015 purchase was cancelled in the registry on May 21, 2026, eight days after the sale.

Sellers listing residential property in San Juan asked a median $357,228 in October 2026.
