Villa Victoria Construction sells six new homes in Palmas Altas, Barceloneta, in 90 days, at up to $263,000
Villa Victoria Construction, LLC sold six homes from its development at Carretera 681 Km 21.4 in Palmas Altas, Barceloneta, for $190,000 to $263,000 each in deeds recorded from May 29 to August 20, 2026, according to property records analysed by RED Atlas.
The company has sold 86 homes there since its first sale in December 2022, according to the property-tax roll, nearly all to private buyers. The median price rose from $135,000 in 2023 to $163,500 in 2024 and $179,500 in 2025. The four deeds recorded after the six, from August 28 to September 30, 2026, were at $250,000 and $263,000.
The development
Permit filings call the project Villa Victoria Development Barceloneta. A filing of July 23, 2026, returned for correction, describes 217 homes at the site, and on September 26, 2026 an infrastructure recommendation was approved for the registration plans of lots 31 to 37. The company bought the land in December 2020 for $800,000.
Palmas Altas recorded 61 sale deeds over the past 12 months at a median price of $194,000, against 54 at $163,500 in the 12 months before. Deeds from the latest months are still being recorded.
