Brighter Days Condado LLC pays $3.15 million for a Le Parc apartment in Viejo San Juan, 29% above its 2025 price

Brighter Days Condado LLC bought a 160.7 m2 apartment at 5 Avenida de la Constitución, the Le Parc building in Viejo San Juan, San Juan, for $3,150,000 in a deed recorded on April 23, 2026, according to property-tax records analysed by RED Atlas. The seller, a private party, had bought the same unit from the building's developer on May 14, 2025, for $2,450,000, so the price rose by $700,000, or 28.6%, in eleven months. At about $19,600 per m2 it is the second-highest price per square metre recorded in the building, after a $3,150,000 resale of a 159 m2 unit in June 2025.

Dorado Beach Estates home sells for $25 million, $15 million below its 2022 price

ETPC DORADO LLC bought the house at Lot 17 of Dorado Beach Estates, in Higuillar, Dorado, for $25,000,000, under a sale deed recorded on October 16, 2026. The sellers, private parties, had paid $40,000,000 for it in March 2022, so the property changed hands for $15 million, or 37.5%, less than it did four and a half years earlier.

$14 million mortgage recorded on a 282-home subdivision site in Buena Vista, Humacao

A $14,000,000 mortgage was recorded on June 30, 2026 on a 148,884 m2 tract on Avenida Palacios del Mar in Buena Vista, Humacao. The mortgage deed secures a note payable to bearer; a financing statement filed the same day names Banco Popular de Puerto Rico as the secured party.

DCE Enterprises pays $4.27 million for Lot 35 in Dorado Country Estates, 6.8 times its 2008 price

DCE Enterprises, Inc. bought Lot 35 of Dorado Country Estates, in Higuillar, Dorado, from Plaza Inmaculada, INC. for $4,272,267, under a sale deed recorded on August 6, 2026. The seller had bought the lot in December 2008 for $630,000; the new price is 6.8 times that.

DBR West Point Phase III sells a second West Point residence at Dorado Beach, for $9.65 million

Dbr West Point Phase III LLC, the developer of West Point at Dorado Beach, sold Unit 4331 of Beachfront Residences at Dorado Beach Resort VIII to NERD HERD HOLDINGS LLC for $9,652,623, under a sale deed recorded on July 21, 2026. The unit measures 403 m2 (4,339 sq ft), which puts the price at about $23,944 per m2, or $2,224 per sq ft. The deed also conveys the unit's share of the 3,784 m2 property it stands on.

Mennonite hospital breaks ground on $51.8 million, 47,000 sq ft Aibonito expansion

The Mennonite Health System broke ground on September 28, 2026 on a $51.8 million expansion of the Menonita Aibonito Hospital in Aibonito, in Puerto Rico's central mountains, wjournalpr.com reported on September 29. Loíza moves ahead with a three-phase repair of a collapsed Parcelas Suárez road; 87% of the town's land is in a FEMA flood hazard area
